1. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between the player ("you", "user") and ukyat ("we", "platform") governing use of the ukyat platform ("website", "service").

The ukyat platform is an online gaming platform offering Live Dealer Casino, Football Betting, Slots, 2D lottery and Card Games. By accessing the platform, registering an account or using any of the services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to follow them in full.

These Terms cover all games, payment methods, bonus promotions and customer services on the platform. Our other published policies — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — also form part of these Terms and are incorporated here by reference.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Opening an Account

A registered personal account is required to use the services in full. You must provide accurate personal information when registering. ukyat reserves the right to immediately close any account opened with incorrect or third-party information.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at ukyat. If a second or third account opened under a different alias by the same person is found, any undue financial benefits will be reversed and ukyat reserves the right to close those accounts.

2.3 Account Security

You must keep your login details (username and password) secure and must not share them with any third party. ukyat is not responsible for any financial losses or other damages arising from your own account.

3. Eligibility

ukyat services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions—

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must reside in a region where using online gaming services is not prohibited by law.
• Must confirm that you are playing of your own free will and are not acting under the influence of another person.
• Must follow ukyat's responsible gambling policy for handling gambling-related issues.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ukyat accepts the following payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. SSL encryption is used to ensure payment security.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

A minimum of 20,000 Ks is required per deposit regardless of the payment method used. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

A minimum of 30,000 Ks is required per withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time of request, depending on the payment channel and verification process.

4.4 Payment Records

Deposit and withdrawal records can be viewed from your account. Depositing with another person's funds or using a payment method that does not belong to the player is not allowed. If found, the funds will be returned and the account will be suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ukyat offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. That bonus amount of 24,000 Ks must be wagered 15 times (24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks must be reached before the bonus can be withdrawn).

Additionally, if you deposit 520,000 Ks, you will receive a 300,000 Ks bonus giving you a balance of 820,000 Ks, and the 300,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 15 times (300,000 × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks must be reached before withdrawal).

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus will be forfeited.
• If betting patterns are identified that appear intended to circumvent bonus restrictions, ukyat reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.3 Changes to Promotions

ukyat reserves the right to change the availability, amounts, and terms of promotions without prior notice. Action will be taken if anyone is found spreading false information about bonuses or abusing the bonus system.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

The ukyat platform guarantees fair play. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) and certified Live Dealer systems.

6.2 Football Parlay Betting

For football parlay betting, players must make their own decisions before placing bets. ukyat cannot guarantee that advertised parlays remain valid, as odds can change suddenly depending on the results of domestic and international competitions.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

When playing Live Dealer games, players must verify that all betting decisions are correct before confirming, as no bet placed unilaterally can be cancelled. If a disconnection occurs due to a technical fault, the player's funds will be returned to their original state, and any bets already settled will be considered final.

6.4 Slots and Other Games

Slots and other games have their own specific rules and limits, so please read the game rules carefully before playing. Once a spin has been placed, that bet cannot be cancelled.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ukyat platform—

• Using software assistance (bot, script, or automated tool) to play or to attempt to obtain bonuses
• Colluding with others to artificially inflate betting stakes (Collusion)
• Making payments in a manner consistent with money laundering (Money Laundering)
• Exploiting system connection failures to gain unfair profits from gameplay
• Activities related to hacking or cyber attacks
• Stealing another person's personal information or using protected technology to spy on competitive gameplay

If there is sufficient ordinary evidence that any of these prohibitions have been violated, ukyat has the right to immediately close the account, including any pending bet funds, and to void any bonuses and winnings obtained. If necessary, the relevant legal authorities will be notified.

8. Security and Personal Data

ukyat protects players' personal data and financial records using SSL encryption technology. Details on how we collect, use, and store personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

To verify deposits and withdrawals made from a player's account, ukyat may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when necessary. Players must provide a copy of their national ID or other verification documents as requested, and failure to do so may result in payment being put on hold.

9. Account Restrictions

9.1 Suspension and Closure

ukyat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances—

• When a violation of these terms and conditions is identified
• When a payment suspected of money laundering is detected
• When the player requests closure of their own account (Self-exclusion)
• When it is found that the player is under 21 years of age

9.2 Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability

The ukyat platform is provided "as is", and ukyat's liability is limited for any losses arising from service outages, network issues, or third-party software faults.

If an error occurs in the settlement of a bet, records will be reviewed and our decision will be considered final. Players may also access those records.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ukyat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the website, and players who continue to use the platform will be considered to have accepted the revised terms.

For significant amendments, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance via email or platform notification, but we are not obligated to provide such advance notice. Players are responsible for checking this page regularly.
